Since an early age, I learned how to bake by watching my mom and my aunts doing their magic in the oven, I was all around watching, learning and tasting.
Baking is my connection to my family tradition, to my roots.
Now from 2023, after more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I’m ready to continue my mom’s and aunt’s legacy with a twist. With Sweet Isla, I hope you feel the same love and happiness I felt as a kid baking my first pastry.
